[Roid Rage] Chasing Enemies!

After weeks of attacking rambling zombie-like sprites, we’ve finally managed to get some AI into those pesky enemies! There’s also some logic in there that makes them back off cautiously every so often.
This is obviously just a rough “we need to have them do SOMETHING” version, but it allows us to test out the other systems in the game. For example, we’re now able to see how easy/hard they are to hit while moving, if they can get out of the map bounds, etc.
